| 1 tsp | Olive Oil |
Finely dice the Chilli, grate and squeeze the Lime, dice the Mango, finely chop the Spring Onions.
Mix the Olive Oil, 3/4 of the Chilli and 3/4 of the Lime Zest and Lime Juice. Spread over the Pork Chops and leave for 10 minutes.
Mix together the Coriander, Mango and remaining Lime Zest, Lime Juice and Chilli, and salt and pepper.
Cook the Pork Chops in a pan for 6-8 minutes until Brown.
Cook the Noodles with the Spring Onions and Light Soy Sauce for about 3 minutes.
