+ Ginger & Orange Broccoli

Ingredients

3 bunches Spring Onions    
1 small Onion    
1 small Orange    
1 Lime    
1 small Broccoli    
1 small Cauliflower    
1" Root Ginger    
1 pack Noodles    
220g Chicken    
1 carton Fresh Chicken Stock    
1 tin Coconut Milk    
  Curry Paste    
  Vegetable Oil, Cornflour, Garlic, Light Soy Sauce, Sugar    
  Ground Turmeric, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Mustard Seeds, Salt & Pepper

Cooking

  Broccoli Cauliflower One-pot
15 mins     Heat 1 dtsp vegetable oil.
14 mins     Add Onion rings, Spring Onions, Garlic and Ginger.
12 mins     Add Chicken, 1tbsp Curry Paste.
8 mins   Heat 1 dtsp vegetable oil. Add 200ml Coconut Milk, 150ml Chicken Stock, Salt & Pepper
7 mins   Add the garlic and spices mix.  
6 mins Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil. When the Mustard Seeds start popping, add the sliced Spring Onions. Add Noodles.
5 mins Add the Ginger slices, Garlic and Broccoli florets.    
4 mins   Add the Cauliflower.   Add the Salt & Pepper.  
1 min Add in the Orange and Soy Sauce mixture and stir until the sauce has thickened and coated the Broccoli.    
Serve Drain the Orange Rind and add to the pot.  Serve immediately Remove the Garlic Clove. Add 1 tsp Lime juice, Salt & Pepper
